Question: Broken nose hard getting enough air when exercising !?
i have a broken nose and its moved over on one nasel is there anything i can do to help it open up when exercising!?
before you say open your mouth lol i do and have to drink water constantly because i get a dry mouth

yeah, they do work, but they make you look quite special and they're well expensive- no harm in trying them!.
believe it or not, I have have the same problem, I had my nose broken last year and now have issues at the gym and also at night (I wake up with a real dry mouth!)!.
I found decongestant nasal spray does the trick (it seems to clear everything out and allow me to breath properly)!. I use it about once a day, and it takes about 5 minutes to take effect!.
If it's causing real trouble, you can have pretty simple corrective surgery, just talk to your GP (don't tell your mates, or you'll get horribly mocked for having a nose job)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
