Chronic fatigue syndrome due to glandular fever?!
Question: Chronic fatigue syndrome due to glandular fever!?
For the past 18 months I've been suffering with chronic fatigue syndrome, apparently down to the fact I suffered with glandular fever 2 years ago!. I'm on the road to recovery but it's such a long process - not helped by the fact that most people tend to think chronic fatigue is just laziness!.
I'm doing A levels at the moment, and although I'm on a part time timetable (only have to be in for my lessons, not for frees or registration etc) and only doing 2 subjects, I still struggle to do a whole week without missing a few days!.
What can I do to speed up the recovery process!? I was referred to a physiotherapist, but she's gone on maternity leave and there isn't another one available (good old NHS!) - I try to keep active but it's incredibly hard when you have no energy, and the smallest things can tire me out!. Any advice would be very appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can not honestly tell you how to get through this, but my faith and prayers got me through it!. No one understands like Jesus does!. There is also a book if you can find it called "Sick and Tired of Being Sick and Tired" !. You are not lazy, it is a horrible illness that no one understands!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
