Question: Crying helps or makes it worse!?
Today, I had to wake up and go to school!. I almost cried in the classroom and the car but i held back the tears!. Is it bad to hold back in tears!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

CRYING HELPS!. For me and what I've heard from others, you need to "mourn" about something in order to get over it!. I hold back tears as well, but the next time I'm alone I make sure I cry it out because I will never get over it!. If I'm feeling like I'm over the whole situation, I think about it more and kind of make myself cry!. I know that that's kind of weird but it helps to get over things!Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you can get somewhere alone, then cry your eyes out, then wipe your tears, you will feel better!. Crying is a physical release, and healthy, but it's your own business and nobody else's!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think crying makes it better as long as ur not crying like all the time

It's not bad to hold back tears, but it feels better to let them go sometimes!. Don't cry in front of people though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
