Time for a change??!?!


Question: Time for a change!?!?!!?
Ok, so im 15 (5ft 4inches) and i weigh 6 stone !.!.!. I DONT have any kind of eating disorder !.!.!.but!.!.!.i am quite an unhealthy eater i only ever eat take away foods and junk food!.!.
I have exams in June and find that im tired and sluggish all the time i cant concentrate properly and i think its down to my unhealthy diet!.!.!.
im not a fussy eater but basically i dislike anything thats good for me i only like cabbage and mash potatoe (veg) and strawberries(fruit) and i love orange juice if that counts!?!
but basically that the only fruit and veg i like!
I really wanna change my diet but i stil wanto enjoy food!?!?
any suggestions!?!?

Get yourself more familiar with healthy foods, you're 15 so I'm sure you no longer need your mother telling you your greens are good for you!. The reason you eat so much junk food is because you're used to it, and it's more familiar to you!. I used to eat excessive amounts of unhealthy food, but now I've become so familiar with healthy food that I find myself craving salads and fruit!. I know it may be a bit far from where you are now in your eating habits, but the fact that I've done it proves it is possible!. Best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you know you have to eat more fruit and veg and eat healthier!. I do sympathise with you cos I dont like fruit and veg either!. You could try exercising!. It does "wake" you up and make you feel better!. Also get outside in the sunshine more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

watch carbs they give you a burst and then drag you down, try vitamins and drinks with ginsing they will give you a natural boost of energy, and also try v8 drinks they have fruit and veg!. mixes im sure you will like a few of themWww@Answer-Health@Com

hmm!.!.!.seems that you have a low metabilism!? if you're not a fan of vegetables!.!.!.!.try loading up on carbs!.!.!.that'll get your metabolism rushing!.!.!.or simply drink a 5 Hour Energy? before exams!.!.!.thats what i does =PWww@Answer-Health@Com

well you could try putting vegetable into pasta sauces and stuff and then put tomato to disguise the flavourWww@Answer-Health@Com
