Question: What triggers your IBS attacks!?
I'm looking for serious answers about this serious condition!. My main triggers are alfredo sauce, cappuccinos, Burger King onion rings, movie theater popcorn with butter, and parmesan cheese!. Please list your triggers and any insights you have on how to control this problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh honey, I hear you!. I have IBS sooo bad, and sometimes I'm my own worst enemy as I eat things I know will cause pain and diarrhea!. Biggest culprits for me are dairy (especially high fat content ice cream), and greasy foods like gravy and french fries!. Fat is a big enemy of IBS and deep fried foods are the worst!. But, they are soooo good!. So sometimes, I just eat what I want and poop my brains out!. Digestive Advantage for IBS does help me!. It is available at pharmacies without a prescription!.
