Taking deep breathes and slowly releasing it outward from within your lung is a good practice but not to hold it until you turn blue!. Exercise and deep breathe exercise helps the brain circulate more better!. In a training class we once took as a stress reliever actually dealt with breathing techniques to help us cope with stress!. Much as a one person meditating!. It's all about relaxing the tense feelings in a body which after the exercise you will feel a lot better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
