I just fell and cut my arm quite badly, and i really want to know how i can make sure it doesn't leave a scar at all!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

my doctor told me to take in a lot of vitamin c, it'll leave less of a scar, the old myth of vitamin e for scars is wrong!. also get scar gel, my hand had two broken bones, which i didnt know were broken, so i let them heal improperly, the docs had to go in, I was put out!. my scar seems to be going away, it took about 2 years though, and its still noticeable, but not what it used to be!. I didn't use scar gel as much as I could have!. Or take in a lot of vitamin c, but I would do that now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't expose it to the sun!. Tanning can leave a bad scar!. I got a bad scratch on my face when I was little and the doc said don't go out in the sun (hah, like that's possable when you live in Florida)!. We used zinc oxide and no scar!. If it needed stitches or something you may need to use Mederma or some cream like that to help it fade!. I don't know if the creams work, but it may be worth a try!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Neosporin has a new line that is suppose to help with the healing!. Give it a try but if it very deep you are going to have a scar no matter what!. Just make sure it does not get infected because if it does your scar will be really bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
eat lots of vitamin D or sunshine as some people may call it (the sun is healthy for our skin but too much isnt)!. eat foods like liver or even special tablets!. its the most important vitamin as it can also prevent aging and cancer its also good for our bonesWww@Answer-Health@Com
you cant do anything at this stage, but go and see chemist as there is a film you can apply when its healing to reduce scarring!.

Cuts always leave scars!. The deeper the cut the more likely the scar is permanent!. But they do fade over timeWww@Answer-Health@Com
