Zenutra is a South African Hoodia Gordinii based weight lose supplement with Tonalin & Green Tea Extract!.
I've never tried this combo, but I have tried Hoodia & didn't find it effective!.
Tonalin is lineoleic acid which is Omega 6 fish oils!.!.!.used to take it but don't know if I noticed weight loss results!.
I do use Green Tea Extract & take it with my meals!. I do think it works!.
I also think Omega 3 Fish Oils 3000-4000 mg/day works too!.
I think it's worth a try if you are also watching what you are eating!.
