Question: Zoloft and decreased sex drive!?
My girlfriend has recently started taking zoloft for her depression, and it has almost completely killed her sex drive!. She says she starts strong but a few minuets into it she loses interest, something that never happened before, can i get some ideas on how to keep her interested despite the drug!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually, my sex drive used to be stronger than my boyfriend's!. And then it became non-existent!.
My psychiatrist told me that there is a drug that helps with that, but I didn't want to take any more pills!. So I just started to run twice a week!. I don't know why, but it really helped! I was also told that zinc (which can be found in pill form or the the seeds of berries) and chocolate were natural aphrodisiacs for women!. Now things are almost back to normal!. I don't know if it was a combination of the two, but it helped!.
And don't worry, there is nothing you are doing to turn her off!.!.!.I just hope you know that!. My boyfriend started to question his performance!. I noticed the same thing when I first started taking zoloft, and it continued for several months!. I was completely interested in sex, and I would become aroused, but then the feeling would just be gone!. Keep in mind, it is very frustrating for her as well as you!. It took some time and patience, but that nasty side effect did go away completely!. About keeping her interested, have you considered some type of "toy"!? This is pretty normal for any medication!.!.!.I was in her same situation and tried everything to restore it!. I switched pills a couple times and gave up, the libido was just not coming back!.
