Answers:
A healthy and fit employee is more productive, and saves the Company money in lost time, etc!. Insurance companies look at the number of claims when setting the rate!. So there is a good economic reason to want fit employees!. If some are disabled, that must be taken into account!. If you are overweight, getting into shape will cut your risk of diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, stroke, and later, Dementia!. Why not try it!? It is only unfair if they fire you if you are not fit!. THEN you would have a legitimate beef!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sounds like a very wise idea to me!. Good for both employee and employer!. I had never heard of such a thing before but I can say it would help me - and I need all the motivation I can get!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
