Question: When should i go to bed!?
Every morning i have to wake up around 6:30am, i am always extreamly tired when i wake up !. What time should i go to bed at so i am not so tired!. I have to leave my house at 7:15-7:20 am!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would say around 10pm!.!. so you get atleast 8 hours of sleep!.!.!. or!.!. if you are cute!.!.!. whatever time you can get to my house :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes getting to much sleep isn't good for you!. I usually go to bed at 10ish and wake up at 7:00!. Try sticking to the same time too, that could also make you tired!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The "average" person needs 8 hours of sleep per night!. If you're younger, then you can sometimes get by with less and if you're older, then you can get by with more sleep per night!.
