Well what always helps me if i have any pain is to hop in the shower!. Because of all he steam you breath in it some how gets rid of all the pain!. And if someone is in the toilet go to the sink put the hot on and ONLY the hot and breath i the steam!.

But shower works better!.

put a full water bottle in a microwave with the cap off, put it in for about 3 mins (more if you can) put the cap back on and rest it on your stomach, helps meWww@Answer-Health@Com
