Question: Am I just getting over the stomach flu!? Or is it something else!?
On Wednesday I got a 24 hour stomach flu where I had pure liquid diarrhea and I was throwing up!. I stopped having diarrhea and throwing up on Thursday!.
Since Thursday I have been very dizzy like when I close my eyes I feel like im on a boat with big waves!. I cant stand up for more than about 2 minutes without feeling like im going to faint and my stomach starts to get really bad nausea!. I need to be sitting down or better yet laying down almost all of the time because I cant stand for long! Im also having a lot of body aches and pains and my stomach is still touchy!.
Am I still getting over the stomach flu or is this something else!?
Its making it so that I cant do ANYTHING I have to sit in the shower and I cant really even make anything to eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you need to see a doctor really!. If you haven't eaten at all then that's probably what's causing your symptoms!. Fluids are very important!. If you haven't been drinking much either then you really should see a doctor!. You could try something that is going to replace electrolytes!. I'm not sure where you are located but if you send someone to a pharmacy for you then the pharmacist can advise them on the best treatment!. After bad diarrhea you often need to drink these treatments to replace lost salts and sugars!. That may make you feel better!. If not then I really think you should see a doctor as you may need to have the fluids replaced in a hospital!.
Along with dehydration and low blood sugar levels, bugs like this can wipe you out for up to a week afterwards sometimes!. Hope you feel better soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be from being dehydrated!. Get some gator aid or something like that!. I'm not a doctor, and I don't think a doctor will answer this on yahoo!. If what you had was the stomach flu, then you are still getting over it!. If your not sure what you have or had, no one on here can tell you!. I do know that vomiting and diarrhea cause dehydration, and your symptoms sound like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
