Why do I fall asleep in lectures?!


Question: Why do I fall asleep in lectures!?
Answers:
The atmosphere and the fact that you're listening to the same person go on and on for a long period of time!. Also, if you're not getting enough sleep at night, this could be helping you fall asleep in the lecture!.

Try bringing some strong chewing gum to snap you out of it!. I suggest the Altoids gum in peppermint!. That is some strongggg gum!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take some kind of a stimulant before you go to class, that should do the trick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you might have narcolepsy!. you should dop some research on it and if it sounds like you do then maybe you should talk to a doctor about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Lack of sleep
2!. boredom
3!. Can't concentrate
4!. Teacher is monotone

Hi, you are bored ,tired and to stay awake try doing rapid eye movements!. That might keep you going to the end of the lecture!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

because lecture halls are boring!. i used to skip them all the time b/c there were like 100 kids in class so they didn't take atendence!. but if you gotta be in class i got the cure for you!. one word-- COFFEE!Www@Answer-Health@Com
