How can I "reprogram" my sleep pattern?!
Question: How can I "reprogram" my sleep pattern!?
I've gotten into the habit of sleeping at 1am and waking at 8am that's 7 hours of sleep!.!.!.
I'd like to wake up at 6 but can't physically do so!.
What can I do to help train my body to respond to my schedule!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to bed as early as possible instead of when you start to feel really tired!. Also if you have trouble sleeping don't do anything in your bed except for sleep!. No tv, eating, reading, listening to music, nothing!. If you do this, then it will be easier to sleep!. And I know how hard it is to get up in the morning I have to wake up at 6 and when my alarm goes off I usually lay there for another 25 minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try going to bed 2 hours earlier!. Then maybe it will still work with the 7 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
