Question: I need help staying awake in class!?
I'm still kind of jet lagged from going to Taiwan (their AM is our PM, and vice versa), so I've been pulling all-nighters for two weeks and sleeping throughout the weekend!. I'm starting to get used to staying up all night, and so during the school day I get veryy tired and usually end up nodding off in most of my classes!. How can I prevent this, other than just changing my sleeping habits!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You said it yourself - change your sleeping habits!. Don't use stimulants to keep you awake (like coffee or herbal pills)- this will only only compound the problem!.
Try putting a diary week plan in action!. One week till back to normal hours each day adjust your sleep pattern by an hour, eat healthy in this week, stay home, drink lots of water to keep you hydrated and concentration up, chill out at hone rather than heading out on the weekend!.
Avoid stimulating activities before bed time (such as computer or reading or TV ) have your bedroom prepared for sleep, (quiet dark tidy)
