How unhealthy is this? ..and weird?!
Question: I went on a trip yesterday and I was very energetic..all my friends were all tired and they just wanted to sit down and wait for the bus but I wanted to keep exploring the place, take pics, etc..and I did.
Anyway, I slept last night at 11:54ish and I woke up at 1:47 ...and after waking up for a few minutes and eating, I went back to sleep and slept till 5:54!!
Is it unhealthy to sleep soo much?? I didn't feel tired but I still slept for soo long.
ANOTHER Q: What's the world record for sleeping? lol maybe I can do it

no this isn't weird... we learned about sleep in school and your body, if it doesn't get enough REM sleep, will "crave" it. so you could just be behind in sleep from the past nights...
the record for sleeping is 11 days set by a 17-year-old in 1965.
Not at all Your body was tired and wanted to sleep.
u just need sleep. or practice yoga nidra everyday in yoga.
