The gag reflex is different for everyone and there isn't much you can do about it. She could learn to gag a bit less by desensitizing herself. Like with the toothbrush, she may be pushing her tongue back so far it causes the gagging. If she tries moving her tongue back less it might work. She'll have to figure out what works for her but the where the tongue is can really make a difference.

well have u seen a doctor because i gag at the dentist when they take my teeths xray or if i see somthing nasty i gag also

I don't know if you can stop it but it's because of the uvula

take her to the doctor

It's a reflex. You wouldn't want it to stop. It's there to keep liquid and stuff out of your lungs. Water in your lungs leads to drowning and all sorts of nasty stuff. It is also a reflex against potentially toxic materials. It sounds like a problem with the nerves involved in this reflex. You should take her to a doctor to have her checked out.

Well she could be pregnant. Some sights or smells can just make you gag when your pregnant. Some food or drinks will make her gag and others not.
