please take 2 tbl spoons of hunny mixed with 1/2 tea spoon cinamon and mix it in a warm tea.Drink and you'll see

gargle with warm water and salt, salt dehydrates the bacteria in your throat and will speed up your healing and drink vitamin C let it go down slowly, if it's sore from sickness then thats the best option, if a burn or scratch from screaming or anything your gonna have to wait it out

gargle with black tea.

take zinc & vitamin c.
