How often do you clean out your belly button?!
Question: I know it is true that from time to time, the common belly button fluff decides to settle. But I wonder how often everyone has to clean out their bellybutton in order to keep it clean? And I wonder if being an outty or an inny effects this matter.
I clean mine out every other day or so. I have heard it is the dirtiest part of the body as it can hold residual sweat and particles of various sort.
So...how often, and are you an inny or an outty?

I'm definitely an inny. . .in fact, it's so deep that my finger can't reach the end. . .anyways, I clean it once every other month or so (I'm too scared to dig for whatever hellish stuff I may find in the nooks and crannies of my belly button)

I don't think I go out of the way to clean my innie in the shower. Suddenly feeling very dirty...
The dirt inside of belly buttons is almost all lint from dark clothing or dirt from not wearing a shirt.
I highly doubt it is the dirtiest part of the body. The mouth has far more bacteria and nasty things.
Every four thousand miles or so. If I do a lot of driving I will get it checked more often. Spilling Diet coke on your belly rinses and bubbles out the unwanted food particles. (My wife often blows a surprising air bubble on my belly at night when I come home from work like you would do to a baby to freak him out) to surprise me, and she makes a funny farting sound with her lips, and my belly button pops out. And that's the best time to clean the button. I do the same thing to her every other day. I use a flashlight and guitar picks.
wow if you have to ask it's probably not often enough. diiiiirrrrtttyyyyy. lol
