Why are my hands and feet consistently cold, but only at work?!

Question: It's the wierdest thing... with 1/2 hour of arriving at work, my hands and feet turn to ice. They stay cold all day, regardless of how hot the rest of me is. They're never cold like this at home.... why is it that they're so cold all the time at work only? Could it be because I'm sitting still all day at a desk, instead of moving around like at home, or am I just going insane? :)

yes. it's probably cause u're just sitting around, plus the temperature and draftiness at your job may just differ from your warm cozy home.

this happens to me a lot too. poor circulation. i imagine we both need to do more excercise so that our bodies don't freeze up when we're immobile.

Well I think you diagnosed your problem, your sitting down and the blood is not circulating as good as it should... You need to get up and move around now and then..
