a burp comes from air trapped in the stomach, for the most part before digestion and fermentation takes place
a fart comes from the intestines where all the decomposing and fermentation takes place
Sorry, what is a burb?
because burps come from your stomach and farts come from your bowel.. bowels have poo in them!
I'm assuming you mean "burp", right?
A burp is the escape of gas directly from the stomach. The odor is usually similar to whatever the last item that was consumed.
With flatulence, however, the gas being expelled contains a lot of the gas "methane". Methane has a rotten egg smell to it. That, along with the other gasses involved, gives flatus the smell we are all so familiar with.
