What is tested when blood is drawn for a Chem Profile with Uric Acid?!


Question: I had some blood drawn resently for testing. I have looked them all up online to get a general feeling of what my Dr. is getting levels for. The only one I can't seem to figure out is a test that is listed as "Chem Profile with Uric Acid." Can anyone tell me what this is basically testing for??

I also had a CBC, TSH, LH, Insulin, and FSH ordered, but have figured out all of these.

Chem Profile.....Each lab has their own series of test under this label but a few of them are.......Potassium, Sodium, Bilirubin, Sed Rate, are some of the usually on it.
