What can I do my jaw hurts and has been for a few months poping periodically whe!
Question: without going to the doctor
Answers: without going to the doctor
You should try seeing a chiropractor for that. I'm sure it is TMJ and I used to have the same problem. My chiropractor adjusted it and now I don't have a problem anymore. A regular doctor will just want to operate or give you braces. Both options are rather costly and bothersome. Chiropractors don't get fair billing these days. They offer a lot of painless adjustments for things that are supposedly only corrected by surgery. They are not quacks and it doesn't hurt when they adjust a person. You would get total relief. It really is worth checking out. I hope you will.
Sounds like TMJ...you have to have surgery either on your upper or lower jaw to correct it and maybe braces too.
Other than that, aspirin, naproxen or tylenol.
See your dentist. This maybe TMJ.
