Weird thing in back of throat?!
Question: Okay so in the back of my throat kinda downwards is a pink thing that looks like idk maybe lafft taffy that is hideous. It is past the punching bag thiing or the uvula. None of my friends can see theirs when they open their mouths and put their tongues down bit mine is sooo visible. I just started to be able to see it a few days ago. Does anybody know what this might be called? and is it dangerous to be so large?

Haha! i know. i have one too, but my friends dont.... not sure what it is, however, when i went to my mum, she told me it was perfectly normal. its just a gene thing....

Maybe it's your tonsils, and your friends have had their tonsils removed.
Maybe your coming down with a cold. Is your throat sore? If it is then it's normal for it to be enflamed.
