What are these lumbs inside my mouth?!
Question: about 2 days ago i cut my gum while washing my teeth with the brush.i can say it's not a small cut.
and today,i discovered many painful lumbs inside my mouth everywhere at the side of the cut
is it normal?what was that?

Yep... Really does sound like mouth ulcers.
These are caused by bacteria entering your cut and setting up house. They are not uncommon.
Your local pharmacy/drug store will have mouth ulcer treatments if they are causing you too much discomfort.
Generally they will heal on their own but if they don't start to clear up in a few days , seek medical help.
sounds like you could have developed mouth ulcers due to the cut. You could try rinsing your mouth with warm salt water to reduce the pain. If things don't improve, go to a doc/dentist. Normally it takes about a week or so for ulcers to heal.
