Smelly Ears?!
Question: Why do my boyfriend's ears smell so awful?
He cleans them every night with Q-tips, and every time he does that, the whole room stinks.

For anyone to really answer this question is practicing medicine without a license, which is ILLEGAL and leaves that person open to lawsuits if you follow their advice then and something bad happens.

He should see a doctor as I'm guessing only an infection of some kind would cause that kind of smell.
There is an old adage that you should never put anything in your ears that is smaller than your elbow (i.e. don't stick things in your ears). Q-tips just push ear-wax further into your ears.
Poor you!lol Maybe he has an ear infection or the beginnings of one..
