Side Affects with Seroquel?!
Question: I am currently taking seroquel, I have been on this med. for a month and I am experiencing terrible side affects. In the morning I take 100mg and at night I take 50mg. On a normal day I wake up at 8 eat breakfast take my pill, just to get back in bed I wake up around 4-5 in the evenings. Take my 50mg at night around 10:30p.m. If I have an appointment to do some I do not take the pill in the morning. Is there anyone else experiencing this affect?

what are you taking seroquil for exactly? i took it because its a sleeping pill. it has major side effects. eating constantly, sleeping constantly i couldnt take ti unless somebody was home because i could barely walk with it. i say talk to your doctor about putting you on a new kind of med. seroquil is NASTY stuff
just don't go shooting up our schools and churches okay?

I used to take Seroquel for sleep. It worked great for me except it made me hungry. So I just had to be watchful of my calorie intake. If you're having terrible side effects go back to your doctor, there are other sleep medications you can take. Take a look at rxlist.com and search for seroquel. They will be able to give you more information. Good luck!
Seroquel can be very sedating, depending on why you're taking it. Talk to your doctor about taking it all at night or changing meds. If you can't accomplish anything while taking it, is it really doing you any good?
