Blow your nose with wet baby wipes ( with aloe vera ) or plain water, do it gently.
Your nose will not hurt or get red.
Good luck!

Yes, stop lying. Plus it will grow shorted too.

Use Blistex Intensive Moisturiser. Its meant for chapped lips but its great for noses when you have a cold too.

stop kissing reindeers

stop pouring vodka on your morning cornflakes

you should stop influensa and stop your hand in your nose.

Stop blowing your nose, it could also affect your ear and may develop otitis media.

Try to like sniff it all in and have it go to your throat instead and spit it out, don't swallow, that way it will help you keep from having to blow your nose and also keeping your ear drum safe.

Yes your ear and nose are connected so you need be careful when you blow your nose.

Try to cover you head with a blanket when you sleep, it keeps your nose warm.

What I do is I dab my nose with Vicks Vaporub and just a bit of water--it always soothes the swelling nose. I've had my share of red noses, and it's most likely due to an allergy. In my case, I'm allergic to dust.

In any case, just try the Vicks. You can also take a Neozep pill, or buy a nasal spray that reduces the affects of such allergy. It's ideal if you visit a drugstore nearby and inquire about these options.

Or better yet, consult your pillow and don't blow too hard (it can agitate it to the point of losing your sense of smell). Just get some rest, since it increases your immunity against colds and the like. =)

Use Vick's sinex to dry your nose up
