Question: The other day, I came down with some pretty bad symptoms. I have stuffy sinuses, headaches, body aches, but the worst is my sore throat. I am taking all kinds of meds, but I am wondering if anyone knows of any home remedies for an extremely sore throat?

honey in cammomile tea is very soothing and the only thing that gets me through a bad sore throat, but with those symptoms you should see a doc. sounds like it might be strep which is going around everywhere. If you don't have insurance spend the $30-40 on a nurse practitioner at a minute clinic.
dude you might have strep. look to see if you have while spots in the back of your throat. if you do you have to go to the doctor
try increasing you fluid intake.
you can try chewing on garlic pieces. its proven to help the irritation.
you can try adding some lemon juice and honey to warm water and drinking it. it will give you immediate relief of the pain. hope this helps
