Is it bad if you go to sleep after you eat ? can you get stomach problems ?!

hubby has told me it's bad to do......so it must be.

No, some people have trouble sleeping afterwards, but some people like myself find it easier to sleep on a full stomach. As of stomach problems? No that's not accurate at all, haha.

I do it all d time nd I got no problems.

i dont no but while ur asleep thats when most of the digesting takes place

Yes and because it causes you to have bad dreams.

The main reason why it's bad to eat before going to bed is because your metabolism slows way down and those calories are more likely to be turned to fat. But having a light snack before bed can actually help you sleep better.

Not only do you gain weight but it will mess with your digestive system you are suppose to sit up or stay busy for at least 30 minutes after you eat

I have acid reflux, and the Dr said it is made worse by eating right before bed.

I dont think you can get stomach aches, I have heard that you gain weight though. Thats why they say if you are trying to lose weight, not to eat after 7pm.

Normally u have to wait for 30 minutes and then its safe to go to sleep or u'll digest the food slower.
