If i take a hot shower will it loosen up my sinuses so i don't have such a b!

Question: That might work... but not really as well as it sounds because the sinus cavity is already heated by your body temperature via blood. A faster way would be: lay down in bed and prop your feet higher than your head and increase blood flow to the head region. Try that and a good decongestant and you're on your way. Best of health to you! Dr Steve

Yes, for about 1/2 hour. Take a decongestant.

yea it helps alot ..u should take benylin ...wrks miracles

I don't know. What i Do know is that taking long showers with hot water dries out your skin's natural oils, which take 24 hours to replenish. Sorry if it sounds random, just thought you should know.

Yes it may help.Try Tylenol sinus it works Great.

As an alternative to taking a hot shower, you can also place a pot of very warm water (at least 110 degrees F) on a table in front of you and lean your head over the pot. Drape a towel over your head and the pot to make a tent to trap the warm moist air. It might take a little time to loosen but as it does, keep blowing your nose till the sinuses clear. The warm air also can help kill things that may be causing a sinus infection. There used to be a product on the market that allowed you to breath warm air for exactly this reason. It was like breathing warm air from a hair drier. It helped me.
