How can i regain appetite and energy after having the flu?!

Question: If you haven't been eating for awhile due to the flu, it might be a good idea to start eating small amounts of only the foods you know you can tolerate. If you ate while you had the flu, then you can eat anything that agrees with you now. You will gain strength and energy each day, but it does take a while to get back to normal. Many feel "it's just the flu" not knowing it can be serious if you don't take good care of yourself. Your body still needs rest so sleep at least 8 hours each night and drink plenty of fluids. Good Luck and God Bless
