Eye switching??? Due to stress? Can anything bad come of this??!
Question: I have been very stressed lately, and recently only my left eye will twitch on and off. It is just really annoying. Can anything worse come of this? Anything I can do about it? Is this normally caused by stress or something else?

you have to deal with it and reduce the stress, i have seizures so my right eye twitches from them along with the left, sometimes i have both dances at the same time, if it affects your vision contact your eye dr.
nothing really it happens all the time with me mom when she has alot on her plate at work
Perhaps a magnesium supplement might help.
