How do you apply ointment 4x a day when you're in public?!

Question: Let's say you're not home most of the day and only home an hour before bed. You have escema(spell?) and have to apply this ointment 4x a day.

How do you make this possible when you have to take off your clothes the reach the rashes that need the ointment?

For example your back, shoulders, thighs and legs, inside and behind the thighs.

Once before you leave. Twice during a lunch or bathroom break, and once again b/4 bed. Done deal!!!

Morning before you leave. You should be able to take a bathroom break and apply during the day x 2 and then again at bedtime.

That would relate to every 6 hours. So if you do it before you leave for work/school and go to the restroom/nurse office, etc. one time during the day, then when you get home and before bed that should take care of it. You should be able to reach all the places with the exception of every part of your back & shoulders while you are at work/school - unless you have a health care professional to assist you. Perhaps speak with your physician to see if the ointment could be replaced by a spray for one of the daily treatments and explain your dilemma. Good Luck!

Go to a bathroom.
