Some help here?!

Question: Let's say you are applying ointment 4x a day. How many hours minimum can you wait until you apply the next round of ointment after the previous?

How long does it take for ointment to dissolve into the skin?

I looked up the ointment and it didn't answer my question.

It's Fluocinonide ointment .05%(as says on the tube)

Ideally you would use it every six hours. That will keep it steadily on your skin and give you the most benefit. If you don't want to wake up in the middle of the night, go as close to six hours as you can. Not sure how long it will take to dissolve into your skin because it would depend on how absorbant your skin is, but you really don't want to do it much more often than every six hours because it won't work as well.
