Will i ever change?!


Question: Today I want to make the biggest change in my life, and eat healthy, I am obsessed with my not eating then waiting at night time and chewing and spitting food, and treating myself to couple of slices of toast, and crackers! Yet doing this is making me gain weight, so today I thught I am gaining weight which is good as I weigh 6 stone, and need to put on weight. After my night time binges I get a big bloated belly, which makes me look pregnant. My periods HAVE stopped, I go to the gymn to get a flat tummy work so hard but nothing helps. So tonight instead of not eating anything alday I am going to start with a salad so can someone recommend a very healthy light meal, my life has to change, I am probably going to eat tonight so I have to make this change. My metabolisim has probably slowed right down and why I gain weight so fast when I do eat!

Plz help what is causing my stomach to bloat so much, will I change and how can I start, ?

Malnutrition is what is causing your stomach to bloat. Exercise wont help. Dont want to scare you but your stomach could be digesting itself through lack of food. 6 stone is way too low. Getting back into eating healthy will take time, salads are good but you need a balance of all food groups. Eat small amounts often through the day. Good luck

have cereal for breakfast, but no sugar on it, maybe a salad for lunch and low fat yoghurt is good too, then for dinner make sure you have lots of vegetables like carrots, runner beans etc and potatoes are fillimg but not that bad for you as some things. and dont drink fizzy drinks, go for squash or water. and if you do feel like a snack have some fruit or i find red pepper is great, i love it!

Please get medical help for your eating disorder....please.

maybe it is bloating so much because the only thing that is getting into your stomach is air!!!! I would get to a doctor before you end up seriously ill. pronto. By the way i would start eating some cream buns and pies you must look seriously skinny and thats not a good look
