LOL no. absolutely not. clean it out? an infection in the appendix isn't something you can "clean out". it's an infection in the actual organ, and the problem with antibiotics is that appendicitis is something that advances very rapidly and antibiotics take a long time to work.
honestly, the appendix serves little to no purpose. you are better off having it removed.

Not unless you can reach inside and rip it out yourself. Don't be foolish! Once it has starting having problems get it removed before it explodes. The whole inner part of your body can be poisoned by it if it explodes. A bad appendix is nothing to fool with.
No alternatives. A hot appendix must be removed ASAP. If it ruptures, the sterile abdominal cavity is contaminated and you will die shortly thereafter without immediate emergency medical care.
