go to the gym or do some boxing. It works for me.
Just take a long hot bath while listening to music and just relax.
Every time you are stressed, go out for a walk or any kind of excercise will do. It takes just a few minutes before you will feel better. Deep breathing also works wonders.
you mean undress not dedress, and its the opposite of when you got dressed.
