use a wash cloth with luke warm to very warm water on each ear as well as massaging them gently for a few days with some vaseline or mineral oil...after a few days if they do not feel any better I would make a trip to the doctors..the major concern is if they have changed color...before you spply the very warm, not very hot water apply the mineral oil to it will soak up some moisture...
good luck
frostbite can be an extremely dangerous thing...but i look at all the times i stucl my hands in the snow and other kids with ice without gloves on...we just had to soak them in very warm water...cool to warm then warm to hot so that part of the body doesn't feel shock....

The damage is done .... if the area starts to discolor call your Dr.
it sounds like frost bite ...but how severe ?? I don't know?
stay warm .....and get a nice fluffy hat :)
