How can I get rid of a stuffy/runny nose???!

Question: i have this wickedly horrible runny and stuffed nose. when i DO blow it then it feel like it just blows of again!? is it a sinus infection or just a stuffy nose because of winter? can anyone suggest any tricks besides sniffing vick's? help!

breathe through your mouth for a while. then after like 8 min. inhale really hard. or blow it all out but i just inhale. that does the trick for awhile for me

sudefed or any antihistame..benedril...ask a pharmacist for a good over the counter one
