What is that 'bad feeling' that I wake up with in the mornings?!

Question: It's really hard to describe...but just about every morning, even when things are going 'well' in my life (and therefore no reason to feel bad)...I wake up with this crazy 'bad' and indescribable feeling some mornings. Especially earlier in the mornings. However, it goes away in about 5 minutes or less, after I wake up. Does anyone else deal with this? I've had at least one other person tell me that they've dealt with it...but I'm curious as to why this happens to begin with. What goes on in the body to cause such a thing in the mornings? Is it something to do with a drop/rise in hormone levels or something? How many other people deal with this and know what I'm talking about?

I think I understand what you mean. Sometimes when I am stuck in a rut - the same thing day in and day out, I feel the same way. It just makes you feel blah and cranky first thing in the morning.

Yes.

Yes, it's that feeling of dread when you wake up and realise that you made it through the night and have to face yet another day!
