Hemorrhoids at the age of 22?!

Question: I'm 22 and have hemorrhoids. (Probably genetic, my dad had them, too) That thing, vein, just comes out when I poo and goes back in a little while later (I get help from those hemorrhoid creams after I'm done in the toilet).

I was just wondering if I exercise would it fix my problem? If so, which exercises should I do?

Exercise isn't helping to remove the hemorrhoid, it's helping with blood stream, which is also good. Light running for 15-20 minutes a day is great to boost the blood stream.

Since you're having hemorrhoids in the family, you might have to do (eat) things that are strengthening the veins.

Weak veins are mainly caused by Vitamin B6 deficiency and acid/alkaline imbalance (body pH). You can check your pH at home, if you get some strips to test urine and saliva from your pharmacy or eBay (by searching for pH test strips for urine saliva). Get the one that is giving results in 0.25 increments (like: 6.0, 6.25, 6.50, 6.75...). Some eBay sellers are having free shipping to the US.

In case your result will show acid pH (below 7), you should change your diet by replacing acid forming foods with alkaline forming foods. You can get a list of acid and alkaline foods on the link below. Alkaline foods are also helping with regular and smooth bowel movement.

As for hemorrhoid itself - the sooner you start treating it the better it is. Try Rue Care Oil - it's delivering good results by shrinking the hemorrhoid and strengthening the veins.

No exercise will help you,,,,but a better diet so you go softer yes.....Hemorrhoids are usually caused by constipation. If you eat a lot of fiber, you will see the difference almost instantly.Good luck
