Do x rays fade with time?!
Question: Yeah, but not as bad as you would think. At it's worst, some (meaning a small number or a minority of films) get an ugly brown on the sides. That's due to the way the xray was overtreated with chemicals in image processing.
More often, the older types of films fade whiter just slightly and I think that's just the normal aging process of xray film.
Telerad, the cool popular name for digitized xray, doesn't have to suffer through that because, well, it's all computerized. Personally, I prefer the xray on film as opposed to computer.
