Ways to reduce/avoid static electrical shocks during winter?!
Question: During the dry winter season, I get static shocks everywhere I go (when I touch metal like a door knob). At home, I have a humidfier so I don't have too much of a problem but at work, gym, and other places, a humidifier is not an option.
What are ways to reduce/avoid static stocks during dry, winter days?

Maybe you need to hydrate your body more at work, try drinking more water and use hand lotions, stay away from the sanitizers without moisturizers.
Using fabric softener on your clothes will help. Otherwise I would advise not wearing sweaters or other wooly clothes.
Raise the air humidity, drink plenty of water
hehe! always used to happen to me. Make sure you have a piece of paper or something in your hand. more so a damp tissue.
