Anyone else feeling the weight of the world on their shoulders today?!
Question: Just having a patchy cat day - been crying about things I have no control over, like the death of my folks, getting older, feeling alone etc etc
I seem to get this from time to time and I dunno why..

Hello, I know how you feel, I am a sensitive and at times overly emotional person and things get me down and I just want to hide from the world and not face it.
I have learned to appreciate the good things I have going on in life and focus on those rather than bead things that have happened or could happen. The most important thing to learn in this life, I believe, is to love, be loved and to think positively about life, what else can you do? We have been granted life and the best thing to do is be happy about it! Good luck feeling better!

awww...i get those days, normally when im due on!! just get on the sofa with ur duvet, some nice food (whatever is ur fave) and my old fave, a glass of wine. u will b ok tomorrow :-) xxxx
I'm having a bad day coz I'm still hungover from the weekend...
Its been a long day...I'm worried about lots of things that I can't get answers to...they're not yahoo answers type questions, there things that only time and science will answer, but thats hard when your stuck at your desk with nothing much to do on a rainy monday...we've just got change the things we can change and accept the things we can't - there's a clever quote about knowing the difference....but I can't remember it!

Im having a bad year... spent new year on the toilet then had an accident at work. yesterday my car broke down and as it was automatic I left it where I thought it was safe near a friends house so that my mechanic could look over it today... no chance, some idiot thought that it would be fun to try and set light to it.... oh and it was my mums birthday yesterday too so I cant wait to see what the rest of 2008 holds for me!!!
Oh and crying your heart out just seems to make it feel so much more like your all alone and something is out to get you

I've just got back from my aunt's funeral.
My house is a mess, its freezing cold and tipping with rain, I'm not feeling well and have to go and collect my other half from work 20 miles away in an hour's time. I don't want to go out again, I want to go to bed with a hot chocolate.
And my baby needs a nappy change now! Agh!
So not one of my best days.
Apparently academics claim that this is the hardest day of the year to get through, its the lowest point in the whole year. So I suppose its just going to get better, I hope so anyway.
