Question: Why is that I cant remember When my last payday was or what i did 3 weeks ago on friday but i can remember Going to the store with my dad and buying our first V.C.R, or I can remember When the very first nintendo came out and how excited i was when my dad came home from work with one for me. All that happend 20 years ago and i can remember it better than last week

Cool Dud is an idiot to answer so disrespectfully. If the question is important to you and he can't give a positive answer, then he should stay off line and keep his opinions to himself. Now that that's off my chest, what is your age, if your are getting to be near 50 it could be short term memory loss or even the start of alzaheimers. You should call the your doctor and let them know what's is going and see if it thinks you have good cause to worry. Good Luck!

Your brain files away important events and lets the mundane everyday stuff slip through the cracks. It's get worse as you age. If you are worried about it, try exercising your brain everyday by doing word or math puzzles and reading something new.
