I had been depressed for almost 2 years, lack of interest, tired, stress and very easy to be upset, I once had a heart attacked and had procedure to place stents into my heart , after I started
to take muti-vitamins, med , exercise and use my massages chair (2/3 times a week) for about 1 year, I think my depression is getting better, I am not sure whether all this thing I do made me feel a little better, but I think, having body massages couples times a month does help your brain relax and body. It helps.
