Some part of my muscles moving randomly. Cracking joints.?!
Question: I have this problem. It will all start when i do not crack my fingers, shoulder and toe joints. if i do not, i will feel uncomfortable and would not concentrate in my studies. I would especially have this situation when random parts of my muscles in different parts of my body would shake or vibrate randomly. Help me!

I haven't heard of this before. Maybe your joints are used to being cracked and loosened up, so when you don't do that, your muscles tense up in frustration.
I also have to ask... are you under a lot of stress? (My muscles sometimes twitch if I'm stressed, especially from school.) You may want to take some time out of the day, even if it is a half hour, and just relax. Do some exercises (like yoga) if you can. Also, make sure you are getting enough potassium (eat a banana). If the situation continues, you may want to see a doctor just to make sure you don't have a nervous system problem.
It's probably not a good thing to crack your knuckles ALL the time. There isn't some major study I can go by, but professionals believe if you repeatedly crack your knuckles over your lifetime, you may weaken the tendons in your joints.
Hope I'm helping out a little bit.
