Question: Ok this is weird. I have been really overactive and hyper like im on a sugar rush and i act all rough and stuff like i dont care what i hit ... but im not aware that im really overactive and hyper its like when i do something my body controls it..

Depending on your age, I would suspect you are showing signs of mania, or hypomania (lower mania) if you suddenly become depressed you may be bi polar, but while you are a risk to yourself (eg reckless driving) you could see your GP and see what they think. Good luck
